Customer satisfaction is our guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with a product, simply return the item for a refund or exchange, less the delivery or shipping charge.

How do I place an order?

We offer convenient online ordering, or call 208-283-8095 to place your order by phone. We accept all major credit cards.

Backorders

We make every effort to ensure that all items advertised are available. However, from time to time some items may be temporarily out of stock. We will accept backorders on any item and let you know when they become available.

Delivery

Free delivery to the following cities in Idaho: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Nampa.

Shipping

Prices are based on actual shipping charges in the USA & Canada. We appreciate any order large or small and therefore don't charge handling or minimum order fees.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery you have the right to refuse it. If a package arrives damaged please notify us immediately and retain the original shipping carton(s) as examination by a carrier inspector may be necessary.

Returns

Please contact me within 30 days of receiving merchandise for all product returns & defective items. A Return Authorization Number must be issued before merchandise can be returned. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. You will be credited upon receipt & inspection of merchandise in new, saleable condition.

International Orders Please call or email for shipping charges.

PO Boxes Please contact me before placing and order that needs to be shipped to a PO Box. There are a limited number of products that have to be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Sales Tax

We collect 6% sales tax from Idaho residents.
